Every RDMD product is made to order.

Once an order enters production, it may no longer be modified or canceled.

Shipping times shown on our website are estimates only.

While we strive to fulfill every order promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

RDMD is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, customs processing, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once an order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.
